Awesome idea, I am having alot of trouble with late evening binge eating.

I am a CT Tech on night shift and I avoid the awesome calorie packed food buffets the nurses bring in every night by packing my food in a lunch box and only eating what I pack. Of course I only pack good food, like tonight I packed a banana, sugar-free jello, and tuna salad. Good luck you can do it!!
