  • One more month to go. If I work out every day in December I would have worked out every day for the entire year except January 4.   • Made it today. At the gym by 5:15 had to cut weight short but got a bit more cardio in today. Burn a ton of calories and need it after thanksgiving.

  • I had a really hard time going to sleep last night and our roads are like an icestateing rink :(. So I am going to do an ab workout video and a yoga video at home not my ideal workout but it is better then not working out. Up at 5 am and should working out pretty soon.
