The only thing I would do is set a goal. Then you don't have to worry about what people are doing around you. You will finish with the people that have the same goal.

Eating clean is something different for everybody. But if you r burning 1000 calories a day in exercise, you need more calories to recover, so you are going to eat a lot more. I believe the only way to get a correct body fat % is to go to a professional. I have a scale that does the same thing to me. Big waste of money.
