Honestly, if you were suggested to consume 2400 calories, then maybe just doing 1300 is too little and that's what's causing you to get stuck in the same weight. Also your carb intake may be too high. Try more protein than carbs for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Another advice is to drink PLENTY of water, green…

Jillian Michaels isn't really that great of a workout... Like you, I have a hard time getting the weight off. I JUST finished insanity last week and I'm taking a few days off and planning on doing the 30DS (even though I already did it once) because I think my body needs a workout that isn't so harsh so I can "recover" from the pounding I got from Insanity.

Prepare a workout schedule for the week, make a note of it on your cell phone with a quick briefing on how to do the each of the exercise. That way you won't forget the exercise and you won't be carrying a big book around.
