BAHAHA! Sorry, made me giggle. I don't think that's at all healthy. It could probably be done. Maybe. They do it on the biggest loser, but it's with serious training and medical supervision. They also don't have to hold down a job or take care of a home while they are there.

This happens to me all the time. I'm trying to figure out how to turn off the mousepad on the keyboard. I believe it happens because your hand is touching the mouse pad. if you figure out how to turn it off please share. :ohwell:

I use a protein shake in the morning to replace breakfast, I'm usually not that hungry first thing. I also use a protein shake as a snack. I don't think they're better or more nutritious than regular food, but they're easy (if they're pre-made) and convenient. It's certainly not because they're cheaper! :)
