That depends if there exercise calories or your daily calories. If they were my daily calories I would down a protein shake and maybe a meal bar. If they were my exercise calories I would reward my self with a 500 cal treat maybe cheese cake? Fudge?

I weigh my self when ever I get a chance ( the nurses office at work. I know that ones pretty accurate. Cheat days I really don't plan those, they end up the family meals when the rest of my family comes over.

I'm fighting the same problem with my de clawed cat. I did not declaw him , my friend did then was getting rid of him. He loves peeing on blankets pillows ect. We have 2 cats and 3 littler boxes. He seems to like the very fine scoop able litter the most but if given the chance will go on billows blankets piles of clothes…

I go to planet fitness and we have arc trainers there . I love them! It says I burn 100 cal in 10 min . That's doing the fat burn program at lv 25-30 almost at max speed ( it keeps saying max speed a lot) heart rate like 175-180 I definitely do not feel that kind of burn on the elliptical . I don't have a heart rate watch…

I'm glad I go to planet fitness... I don't run into hardly any of these problems . I only had one problem with a few young guys sweating all over the circuit and not wiping the equipment . I told the staff and they wiped it all down and told the guys about there self. Besides that there are enough of all the different…

I love planet fitness ! I just was there today. Got a free gym bag too :) there arc trainers burn like 100 cal every 10 min. There the best. I love the free personal trainers and group sessions. On cucumber slices instead of crackers very low cal and a good cool snack for summer.

I only weigh my self when I know its all over. Even other times that I feel bloated I stay off the scale . No need to make my self feel bad when I know if I look at the big picture I am going down in weight. The little ups and downs are not what matters its your over all progress.
