I have gone threw many different diets threw my walk. Started eating clean , went vegetarian , tried vegan , but now back to vegetarian. How about you?

milk allergy

junk food vegitarian
I think I would classify my self as one of those junk food vegetarians . Pizza , pasta, flavored rice , taco bell, subway, Chinese ect. I can't seem to switch over to a good veg. Diet. trainers advice please.
On the cardio equipment after punching my info in age 37. Weight 161 the machines say for fat burn my heart rate should be aprox 119. I hit that walking fast with no hills with in like 5 min. To break a sweat I have to be on the arc trainer almost max speed on random hills on very high levels for at least 15 min. My heart…

Ok if I work out during an over night job am I burning the calories for the day before or the next day? I typically get done around 7am and go to sleep by 10am. I have been putting the food on the night I start work in less its right around time for me to leave.

Low impact dvds?
Any one know of any really good low impact dvds? The beach body ones look very hard on the knees. My knees and ankles are pretty bad from sports injures.

I have been getting light headed in between meals . I have a 1200 cal goal and have been hitting just under it most days. The days I work out I try to eat back at least half my exercise calories . Am I doing some thing wrong? Diary is open if any one has time to look over it. Thx

Has any one taken pepto chew tabs at night before you go to bed? You can wake up with a black tongue! My daughter did this last night and was freeked out to see her tongue black in the morning. It does come off with some brushing but can really freek you out if you don't know.
