Thanks for these ideas I'm finding it hard as a veggi to get my protein up with out paying a lot for it either cash wise or with high calories. I did find a bar called Luna bars that have 9-12 grams of protien in them. There at our local dollar store too ( dollar tree) for 1.00 . There pretty cheap at the grocery store too.

That's strange to me that you don't like the hot dogs. My girls 20 & 14 both meat eaters like those better than the real meat ones. I work with elderly people every day. Most of them are lucky to get 600 calories in them a day unless people are shoving ensure down there throats. They still have energy , there insides are not burning away and I don't see any signs of them being in starvation mode. I am not saying for active young people to dip this low…

I try to stay around 1200 , but I eat most of my exercise calories back. Some days I go a little over or under I'm not to strict on what I eat but I do try to eat some healthy food. I would just eat before hand and then at there place eat a side dish or two if possible and if questioned just tell them you ate some before you came. Some times I skip it but be care full of salads if you use dressing ,cheese , egg ect. They can be heavy in calorie. But when I have a lot of calories left and I eat a banana at night I don't bother.

Just about any thing can fluctuate your weight. A 2-3 lb difference is normal threw out the day. I really don't see a reason to do it at 5am. I work all kinds of different shifts and work out and eat all different times of the day .I see no difference.

Yeah right now I'm on a 11 hour shift in a room inside a nursing home . My only job is to sit in this room and watch this guy sleep and if he wants or needs some thing to get it. Zzzzzz

4-6 I work all kinds of crazy shifts so I sleep when I can. Usually interrupted by phone calls or kids, some times the cats and dog too.

I go right after work a lot with my mother we both work nights. I also have the chance at work some when my clients are sleeping ( no jumping jacks to loud lol) other days I hit my gazelle at home while watching tv with the family.

When I go through my chocolate cravings I throw a bag of small chocolates (dark if possible) into the freezer and toss one in my mouth and slowly let it melt. Kisses and Hershey's miniatures work great. As a side not I used this when I quit smoking too.
