Me and my husband just had that fight tonight. He totally is against me logging my fruit and veggies. His theory is that no one has gained weight only eating them . He was like "if you could eat 3000 calories in lettuce do you really believe you would gain weight?"

^^ all of this. Also the multiple times the same thing is listed in the food list. The health nuts trying to push there beliefs on people who are just trying to drop pounds, I drink diet soda, eat processed food, fast food and some times candy and still lost weight so there :P

Nothings forbidden just eat the right portions and plan your calories around it. Also eat more nutritious the rest of the week so you get your nutrients in.

1. Working 3p-11p not sure why but it does . When I work other shifts I'm fine. 2.Boredom 3.Church potlucks 4.Family dinners 5.Eating to big of a breakfast. Then I'm starved the rest of the day. Today I had 1,2,3 & 5 against me :(

I was not saying that. I was just making the point that you need to be negative in calories ( from your bmr) not in the positive. All I see I eat more and loose weight that does not even make sense. You need a deficit so why is every one saying to eat more? If I go grab a big mac there is no way I'm going to lose weight.

Ok so let me understand this.. So having a 500 calorie deficit will not make you loose weight? If that were so where does the -3000 = 1 pound thing end up? Your trying to tell me say if I eat 3000 extra calories I will loose weight? That makes no sense. So why don't the people in mcdonalds every day loose weight?

This^^ I went from a size 12 to a size 6 currently. I exercise 3-4x a week or more if I get a chance. I eat my 1200 or close to it. When I have exercise calories if I'm hungry I eat, if I have 500 left oh well. I am loosing aprox 1-1.5 a week so I feel I will be fine after I hit my goal. I will continue to use MFP to…

Just keep a 24 hour schedule you can switch it at any time of the day that works for you just keep it the same time every day. As long as you hit your calorie goal in that 24 hrs your ok does not matter what meals you name them. You can even put all your 24hrs food in one slot.
