I think I'm safe for a while got lots of food in my house I can't eat that I can throw at them. But really what weapon is best ? I don't like guns they run out of bullets too quick. I think I will go with a sword or two.

That explains a lot!! I wondered why I was not loosing the # of pounds I was expecting. My bmr is 1,403. That times 1.2 is 1683.6.that's the TDEE. So.. One thing that will help is to research and make a list. Look up on here all your favorite stops then pick the lowest calorie stuff that's on the mfp data base and put it on your list. Example wendys - baked potato xxx calories. Mcdonalds. Fruit parfait xxx calories and so on list a few for each place you are tempted to…

I have had there oat meal its really good . Some times I get there egg mcmuffin with no Canadian bacon on it . There fruit and yogurt parfait is good for a small breakfast or they have a fruit and wallnut tray with yogurt.

What do you have your activity level set at? It might be to low for what your life is? Also eat the exercise calories back its important. 1200 calories is the very rock bottom amount for some on who sits around all day. If your doing as much exercise as you say I doubt that you should be at 1200.

Well for chocolate I have slowly learned to like dark chocolate. I keep a small pack of dark hersheys kisses in the freezer or fridge to suck on. I also like the chocolate fiber one bars. Cake no real idea for that yet . Maybe angel food cake but not sure of the calories.

Kinda proud of my self I made a veggi version of beef strogonoff . Sure it had morning star stuff and noodles but it was some thing new that was not eating out and my husband loved it.

I don't always get my 8 in but when I do I credit it to the fact that I leave bottles ever where. like in my purse, gym bag, care, beside my bed, on my side tables by the couch, at work, on my dresser lol . My lazyness gives in and I drink what's near by.

Same here with the cleaning. But as far as walking the dog if its 30 min or more I do. But at the same time I don't usually walk the dog, she goes and plays in our yard most days. But also I have logged that when I walk on the treadmill at the 3.0 speed.

Usually if I go to the gym its after my night shift in the morning. Mostly due to the fact my mom works nights too so I call her up and see if she wants to go. That way when I get done I can sleep ( or try to) then when the hubbi and kids get done for the day I'm home and awake. Then when possible I get another hour or two…

I have had the same problem a lot . Its getting a little better recently . I think its because I'm exercising and eating more but its still not where I would say regular . Yeah most veggi food is more expensive . I think the food and drug industry likes us fat and unhealthy lol. But they are good and worth trying I had the Indian ( my favorite ) one and a mexican one so far.
