    1 minute oatmeal muffin (not my recipe, found it on here)

    in a mug put one egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal and 1/4 blue berries (sweeten with stevia or splenda)
    microwave for 30 seconds

    got ya self a blueberrie muffin!

    thats been a hge favourite of mine

    mix and fill muffin cups 2/3rds full

    bake according to box

    84 calories a muffin..........so yummy!!!

    Yum that sounds delicious! Is that a regular size muffin pan?

    Plain Yoghurt
    a cube of frozen spinach
    Powdered french onion soup to taste

    It's so delicious but doesn't have the nasty fat's or creams, so I can eat a whole lot of it with carrots or celery or crackers and not feel bad about it

    I'm going to try that. I LOVE spinach dip. Great idea!

    Too funny. My mom shared a similar recipe with me (for a cake though). You use diet 7up in it to make it a little less dry. I made it for the first time on Easter- kids and husband loved it!

    Yep, regular size muffin tin. Super yummy! Also, you can freeze them and re-heat in the microwave for a quick breakfast/treat another time. I LOVE these!
