    French onion spinach dip

    Plain Yoghurt
    a cube of frozen spinach
Powdered french onion soup to taste

It's so delicious but doesn't have the nasty fat's or creams, so I can eat a whole lot of it with carrots or celery or crackers and not feel bad about it

slices frozen banana in the food processor with some almond milk, maybe add strawberries, or some cocoa powder/peanut butter/walnuts.

Makes a big bowl of low fat/low cal ice cream.

I also do it with any frozen fruits that I have on hand.

    YUM

Too funny. My mom shared a similar recipe with me (for a cake though). You use diet 7up in it to make it a little less dry. I made it for the first time on Easter- kids and husband loved it!
