    Apple spread with crunchy peanut butter. Rice cake topped with banana & a drizzle of honey, sprinkled with cinnamon. Plain yoghurt & cinnamon.

    Trail Mix. I make my own with raisins, m&m's, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds sometimes granola.

    Oooooo sunflower seeds. Need to try that next time. I just whipped up a batch of my trailmix with raisins, peanuts, cashews and m&ms.

    I like a mix of Kroger brand Tropical Trail Mix and the Golden Temple Blueberry Flax Granola ... answers my sweet tooth.

    But I also like just plain red seedless grapes, or fresh strawberries. with both, no freezing necessary ... how simple is that????

    I'm really loving these Quaker mini snack cakes. I'm actually eating the caramel corn ones now, but I've had the chocolate and apples and cinnamon. I have a sweet tooth, and I need something sweet to offset every meal I eat, so these are fantastic!!! I also just discovered beef jerky - no, seriously. Lots of protein, few calories. VERY high in sodium, though, so it's definitely a 'treat'!

    French onion spinach dip

    Plain Yoghurt
    a cube of frozen spinach
    Powdered french onion soup to taste

    It's so delicious but doesn't have the nasty fat's or creams, so I can eat a whole lot of it with carrots or celery or crackers and not feel bad about it

    I'm going to try that. I LOVE spinach dip. Great idea!

    Great with fat free sour cream too! Just get the kind with the gelatin so it's nice and thick!
  • Different kinds of trail mix and Wasabi peas are what I current crave for a treat.

    Have to have a banana every day.

  • Three ingredients:

    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 tbsp raspberry preserve/spread or a few fresh raspberries
    1 tbsp granola

    Is 1tbsp smooth peanut butter stirred into a mashed banana- sooo nice and gets rid of hunger for a while! :)

    If I am seriously craving chocolate then I have a tablespoon of Indulgence dark chocolate cream cheese. a full serving of 2 tablespoons is 110 cal and most of the time 1 tablespoon gets me through because it is so rich and creamy. But that is for my seriously bad cravings lol. Otherwise I love frozen grapes, clementines, apples and skinny cow ice cream sandwiches :smile:

    Nutritious treat: 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt with an apple diced into it.

    Not-so-nutritious treat: A rice cake with a thin smear of canned frosting!
