Veggie Burgers on the 17 Day Diet?

I'm on Cycle 1 and I'm trying to encorporate more option into my diet so that I don't get bored and end of binging on crap. I was wondering if veggie burgers are ok? I had one last night with my salad and it seems to me like they should be fine. They have a good amount of protein and the carbs aren't too high...What do you think?

I just ate one from burger king. I would not do it much but every now and then should be fine. Depends on what you put on it too.0
