Today's challenge is: Bent arm dumbbell pullovers
Let's do 75 of them.
Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

75 in one shot, with a 10 lb weight on a big ball since I don't have a bench. Will have to increase the weight next time.0

I did 81 of them with 2 20 pound dumb bell.
