Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Bent arm dumbbell pullovers

Let's do 75 of them.

Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

    Think I will try this one looks like a really good exercise. I love ones that work lots of muscles .

    Looks like a good exercise have never tried them but always looking for a good arm routine.

    75 in one shot, with a 10 lb weight on a big ball since I don't have a bench. Will have to increase the weight next time.

    I did 81 of them with 2 20 pound dumb bell.
