I have done the same thing for months! It is very frustrating!! I am going to start cycling my calories. My nutritionist seems to think my body is just happy here. My body knows NOTHING, LOL!!!! Just gotta keep pushing forward!

I think the extra lean ground turkey is just way too dry! The 93/7 is much tastier. I grill it with nothing added and my kids even love it!

I would have to agree with the above, that's alot for 1 shake! Personally, I like Jay Robb the best, tropical dreamsicle is my fav. My nutritionist told me to shoot for around 20-30g of protein at a time since I probably wouldn't absorb much more than that. I hope that helps :)

To me, as long as your carbs are low calories don't matter nearly as much so you can have more calories if you need them and your carbs are healthy carbs. My rule of thumb is to listen to your body and if you're hungry, EAT! :)
