If you are truely burning over 1000 cals a day you are probably overtraining and undereating

get the book New Rules of Lifting for Women, lots of stuff on youtube too

oh and some of my favorite lifts follow, they work multiple muscles in one move: bench close grip bench sumo deadlifts trapbar deadlifts rack pulls military presses back squats single leg squats (those hurt!) look them up on youtube and focus on form before adding too much weight to prevent injury

I have been lifting free weights exclusively since August and have seen far better results than I EVER had with machines. Lifting progressively heavier is the way to go.

On day 3 and I feel good! I am shocked that this raw fiber hasn't mademy belly hurt. So far so good!! def iced coffee with protein! tuna and eggs are the cheapest i can think of, but we have busted out the grill already at my house!! fish, shrimp, chicken, steak, pork... I love grilled anything :)
