Walking is good! After you lose part of your weight you may feel like increaing to intervals of walking and jogging. You can get lots of dvds and hand weights for not much investment too. As I lost and felt like doing more I added strength training and running. Just listen to your body. If you stop losing with walking…

depends on where I'm working out and what I am wearing. I will say I HATE PANTIES when I'm running! I avoid that at all costs!

have it, love it! My experience has been the opposite though, mfp and the calorie counters on my treadmill and stationary bike estimated higher burns. I definitely go with the polar.

Mine fell out HORRIBLY after about a year of steady weight loss. I took a break and tried to maintain (gained alittle back though) and my hair started to grow back. It is back to the way it was pretty much now. I am losing slowly again. Just being way more cautios now.

Kind of a nerd I guess, but I could play it off and make it work in lots of different groups.... gosh I'm glad those days are over! lol

Wow! Sorry you're going through this! I gotta say though, you can't make a leopard change his spots. I agree with some others that it's ultimatum time. You have to protect yourself and your child and NO ONE should put you through this crap! Good luck to you!

once it's cooked you can do anything with it! I have made it sweet, with a little butter and splenda, and it's good. I also sautee it it to reheat in olive oil and garlic and sprinkle it with parmesan. Add a protein and you're done!

I love roasted veggies! well, any veggies really :) And sauteed spinach with a little bit of cream cheese or parmesan and garlic!
