1 cake mix and 1 15 oz can of pumpkin.... nothing else! Mix it welland make it into 12 or 18 cupcakes, they are divine! Choc works well!

egg white omelets tuna or chicken salad (I love the individual pouches of tuna) low carb tortilla, pizza sauce, cheese, toppings, broil can't wait to read everyone else's ideas :)

I can alot too. If I don't have exact measurements I just pick on thats close. Calorie wise you should be able to find something pretty close in the database. The satisfaction for me comes in knowing I did it and I didn't add extra sodium or chemicals :)

fruit and yogurt both have carbs from sugar. Boil eggs a dozen at a time and keep them in your refrigerator so you can grab a couple and go :)

cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, put it upside down in about an inch of water and bake it til it feels soft. Cool, scoop it out and pureed it. Freezes really well. I have been stirring it in greek yogurt with cinnamon and vanilla and stevia. Alsobeen putting it in vanilla protein shakes with cinnamon... so yummy!

Weight watchers is far from low carb. Go to marksdailyapple.com or the atkins website. The new atkins book is great! It's not the 'eat all meat fried in butter' version of the past. I have been low-ish carb about a year and a half.

I am muscular and pretty active as well and my nutririonist measured my brm (via fanchy schmancy scale) at 1550. I don't think I'd change it. I use an hrm only when I work out and if I ate all the cals it said I burn I'd never be able to lose.

sugar free jello with a little whipped cream is my go-to when I need something sweet. Other than that, all I can say is don't be too hard on yourself. Your metabolism is actually higher around TOM anyway. :) Hang in there!

bump... I watch my carbs closely now but before that one of my favorite healthier treats was to take a cake mix, any flavor (chocolate and spice flavors work very well, so does red velvet) and mix it only with a can of pumpkin, no other ingredients. Bake them into 12 or 18 cupcakes.... sooooo good and super moist!
