chic-fil-a's grilled chicken salad is 180 calories. arby's regular roast beef is 350 calories. braum's grilled chicken sandwich is 330 calories. jason's deli has a GREAT salad bar with lots of organic veggies (don't eat those EVIL mini muffins at 90 calories each). souper salad's veggie soup is about 150 calories per mug.…

we do basically the same thing, but we pile the toppings on and then bake at 350 straight on the oven grate. spray the bottom of the flatbread w/ oil first. we also like to do this w/ bbq chicken, grilled onions, and cheddar cheese. LOVE that one.

i really like the flatbread wraps. they are 100 calories as well. i also like whole wheat/low carb tortillas and seasoned fajita meat (it's usually from the night before). just a few seconds in the microwave and it's ready to enjoy.

i agree with everyone else. what you're doing "wrong" is not fueling your body. i eat 1200 calories, plus about 1/2 of my exercise calories, so that's around 1500-1700 calories daily. some people here eat all their exercise calories and are still losing great amounts of weight. try it for a couple of weeks... i bet you'll…

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 12-15 new potatoes (red) large onion sliced lipton onion soup seasoning small can reduced fat cream of chicken soup i cook this on low all day. sometimes we add fresh green beans if they look nice in the store that week. i just serve it w/ a salad.

the site calculates my elliptical calories pretty well. it's usually only off by 10-15 calories, but it does not do well with walking for me. i just have to override it. what settings do you use on your elliptical? i fluctuate between 6,7,8 and try to keep it at 50-60 rpm. i would just trust your hrm.

i burn around 1000calories/hr on level 6, no incline, rpm around 55.

kung pao! one of my fav tailgating foods... chicken, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, carrots, onions, any other veggies that float your boat... and a package of sunbird kung pao sauce mix and low sodium soy sauce. yummmmmmmmm.

i agree about keeping junky snacks out of the house. if the kids absolutely HAVE TO have chips, you can always try the 100 calorie packs, but i don't think any kid ever died from not having chips! :O) good luck to you and your family!
