welcome! it is hard to stay on track with those yummy kiddo foods around! i let my daughter pick ONE junky food at the market each week and just buy lots of healthy snacks. keeps me on track and it's good for her too. good luck on your journey! friend me if you want.

L1D3 - today was DEFINATELY easier! i was so sore when i woke up i didn't know if i'd make it out of the bed. went to ice skating lessons w/ daughter and out to lunch then hauled myself upstairs to do the workout wondering if i'd make it through the first 5 minutes. i did it all.... and without breaks or panting! :O) i…

ugh.... rough birth story. mine was 30+ hrs then c-section as well. don't worry, you will be back to your old self in another month or so. good luck w/ your journey and congrats on a beautiful new addition to your family!

elliptical! once you've built up some stamina, you can easily burn 1000 calories/hr with very low impact.
