we love navy bean soup w/ ham... 1 pound navy beans 1 large onion, diced 1 box low sodium chicken stock ham chunks black pepper to taste soak beans overnight, drain, rinse. all all ingredients and simmer for 2 hrs or so until the stock thickens. yum!

congrats!!!! i went shopping today and for the first time in a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time i bought 4 new tops from the regular section. i was actually getting teary-eyed in the dressing room. the smaller clothes are such a huge reward!!!
