I would discuss that with your doctor. My boyfriend also had complex medical conditions at one point he was supposed to eat more potassium and then later he had too much because he had different conditions going on. Definitely discuss it with the doctor.

I thought that Brazilian Blowdry works best on processed hair? I got the treatment twice on hair that was partly colour damaged and it made such a difference.

Does anyone try to keep track of the goals for RDA of Vits A, C, Calcium and Iron? I am really struggling to meet my iron goals, yet always over my Vit A by about 400%. Mine is always over as well. It's nearly all from fruit and dairy. The only added sugar I've had today was from a non-diet fruit yoghurt and a tablespoon of chutney. I'm not going to worry about it unless it's coming from chocolate, sweets, sugary cereals, non-diet drinks etc.

Luckily me and my boyfriend are both trying to lose weight. He does all the cooking. The only issue with us is that he's doing WW points and I'm doing this. Good luck getting on the same track!
