I chose my goal weight because I weighed less than that about 10 years ago. I felt really good. Now I'm more health conscious and I have more education about health and fitness. I think my Goal weight will look good on me, my clothes are already fitting really great. I've lost 22 pounds. I have 22 more to go

Hi! I'm in similar boat. 5'7". I weighed 252 December 29th. I weighed in at 232 on Friday. Long weekend lol I'm back up 2 pounds. Goal weight is 200. Any support and motivation is much appreciated

when i first started the 1200 calorie, i didnt think i'd make it. i eat 3 meals a day, with at least 2 snacks...sometimes 3. i eat lots of vegetables & fruits. lunch/dinner are about 250-300 calories. i drink alot more water too! i have 1 cheat day a week, its in the middle of the week. i noticed cheating on weekends, i'd…

i was working out 5-6 days a week. but i'm recovering from back injury. i'm up to 3-4 days a week. mostly cardio because i'm scared to injure myself again

i LOVE zumba. but i have to agree...popular class is always over-crowded. the instructor favorites are always upfront & of course...they look like they dont need zumba! smh...glad i'm there for ME & my health

girls who come to the gym "pretty",make up & hair done~not wiping down equipment & i dont mean your towel that has all your sweat on it!!!~people who wear skimpy gym clothes, that shouldnt!!! ummmm, think thats it.....for today

people not cleaning machines! i've made it practice to before & after i use a machine. grosses me out see someone come get on treadmill for 5 minutes & walk off, but left their sweat everywhere...
