Strength training! It will reshape your body, and make you look great, not skinny. New Rules Of Weightlifting for Women is a popular book/program around here, lots of posts about that or the Stronglifts program- you can download that one free online. I'm doing Stronglifts right now because it's not complicated and free, because I am cheap0

weighted squats, deadlifts and lunges have done wonders for giving me a round perky butt and i'm genetically predisposed to pancake rear :laugh:0
