Go into the "groups" section toward the top of the page and put "weight watchers" into the search area. I think there are a couple.

Frankly I would love to just do MFP. I'm working on both with WW in the lead and hoping that by the time my WW membership runs out in May I won't need it anymore. I put everything I track form WW into MFP to try and figure out what I'm doing differently and why one is working better than the other. I consider it research…

I end up eating more food on MFP than WW which messes me up. I always seem to eat healther with WW as well, probably because I can check off things like healthy oils and vitamins on the website. I guess for now I need things to be easier and figuring out points doesn't sound like it would be easier but it works for me.…

It is a pain when you first get started. The database isn't nearly as full or great as here and it takes a bit to get the hang of it but if I can't find a food in WW I come here to the database and enter the info from here or from nutrition labels. I also eat a lot of the same foods and once they're in the database you…

You put in your weight, height, age and, I believe, activity level and website gives you your point amount like on here. And it goes down as you lose weight but not by much. Right now I'm at 213.6 and get 31 points. Last year you weren't supposed to go below 29 points but they changed it slightly because not everyone was…

I just went back to WW a couple of days ago. I love MFP for the message boards, being able to track nutrients like sodium and the weight-loss ticker but for some reason I do better with healthy eating and food on WW. Maybe it's because I've done it before so I'm used to points? And it's worked for me in the past, I just…

I love her dvds! I like to mix them up so I don't get bored but I also have to be very careful with my back so I can't do any back kicks, or double side steps because I tend to sprain my ankles when I do those. I have to start with one or two miles but eventually I work up to 5miles and love it!

Right now I'm eyeing the Ahi tuna or the shrimp and scallops in the "from the rock" section. Can I have a baked potato if I have it plain? Edited to add...actually the fresh veggies would probably be yummier than the potato.

Thanks guys! I've never been there before so it'll be interesting!

I'm measuring and weighing currently and counting calories. Recently reread The Portion Teller Plan and every time I reread it, it makes me want to just watch my portions lol.

Thank you! I decided to go with the FT7 since it fit into my budget nicely. Now, do I wear it all the time like the fitbit or just when I workout?
-
Thanks! I spent some timing researching and reading reviews and I think this is what I'm looking for!

Thank you!

Bumping this up because I'm still not sure of the answer.

The fitbit doesn't measure the heartbeat so I wasn't sure if it would give me a mostly correct TDEE or not.

I don't eat eggs so I started making homemade breakfast sandwiches...Thomas' english muffin, slice of cheese, 2 thin slices of precooked bacon and a tomato slice. Yummy and filling. Eaten with fruit, usually half a cup of frozen grapes or a banana. I'm not really a big breakfast person. :ohwell:

My husband loves the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout for the Wii. It's mostly boxing/kick boxing but it really works him out. He also has the two outdoor adventure games but they're more games than great exercise.
