I've been double tracking for a couple of weeks and I'm finding that while I am under calories every day I am over points and that doesn't include fruit so I'm not sure what to do. I do tend to get way more obsessed when I track macros so I'm still undecided on which program to do or to keep double tracking.

I've been doing WW seriously for three weeks (after holidays) and am down a total of 7.4 so far. I just like points better than calories. It's more of a game to me that way.

"Walk Away the Pounds" is easy on the knees and back and you get a good workout! I'm actually restarting with a 1-mile walk WATP walk tomorrow and working up from there. I used to do the 5-mile a day one but need to start from the beginning.

I'm in the middle of this right now as well as the crunch and the (wall because I can't do it correctly on the floor) push-up challenge. Today I realized that I'm actually able to do a crunch correctly and 20 squats in a row. May not sound like much but it's huge to me!

I feel a lot like you. I've gone back and forth for months telling myself I can make calories work but always going back to WW because I just like it more. Now I'm sticking with WW (only online) and if it costs me $18 a month so be it. I'm just happier with WW.
