I have bipolar 2 rapid cycling with anxiety. My cocktail of meds sounds pretty familiar to yours. The Seroquel made me gain more than 50 pounds in 2 months and this is the only cocktail that has worked for me so I stay with these meds. I now have about 90 pounds to lose. My only advice is to tell you what I do. After…

I KNOW I didn't eat 2 pounds worth of food since then but whatever). Total: Daily points: 32 Weekly points: 49 Points used today: 47 weekly points left over: 34…

Doing better today! Went out for my birthday (on the 8th) and counted points and preplanned my entire meal so I feel pretty good right. Going to keep going with WW because I know fi I give it my all it will work!

I don't know. I sometimes feel like I should just be counting calories. I've been doing WW for over a year and have had very, very minimal success (probably because I don't try hard enough). And when I try counting calories I never even last the week and run back to points because they're easy. I'm feeling pretty unsettled…

I'm doing the new points because that's all I've known. I never tried the program before PointsPlus although I've heard a lot of good things about it.

1) Reason you want to lose weight To be healthy and live longer, too look better and to stop breathing hard when I go up one flight of stairs. 2) Reason you (feelings on why) you gained weight I'm an emotional eater and have never mastered the concept of portion control. In one sitting I wouldn't eat a cup of ice cream,…

Hi, I'm Aleks. I will be 39 (eeek) on the 8th. I've been doing WW points pus on and off since it started. Twice I've done pretty well and then turned back to food and regained back everything plus some. I also tried MFP and calories but I just hate counting calories and actually don't mind counting points. I'm 5"3 and…

I'm doing WW and this is very inspirational to me. It seems to work better for me than calorie counting does but i still love this site for support and keeping an eye on macros.

Had lots of time to think today and if I add in the 5 or so servings of fruits and veggies I would obviously be over 1200 calories. I'm really bad about getting in fruits and veggies...any ideas on easy ways to make that happen?
-
I actually think I might be changing my mind, go figure. Maybe I need to face down the weekend and build up some willpower instead of hiding from it. If that makes sense.

I've managed to go from extra cream and extra sugar to skim milk and regular sugar over the last year. I miss the cream but it's not worth it to me anymore.
