I don't know if diet soda causes cancer but I do know that your body doesn't know if the sweetner is zero cals or regular sugar so therefore your body reacts the same. So if you really want a soda why not just drink a regular soda? Go get those little ones in cans at walmart so you don't over do the sugar and calorie…
