Rest is always good for the muscles..they need to recovery from you breaking them down, not going will actually help your growth (even if you take a couplof days off)..just keep your meals on point and you will be just fine! Good luck

For me, the way I got stronger over time was to drop the weight and increase the reps! It helped me but everyone's body is different and it's all trial & error, trying to find out what works best for u..good luck tho!

No cheat days for myself..if the numbers fit into my day then I eat..if not..I pass!

I do both pre/post..sometimes i have some greek yogurt with it (pre) for the carbs to helps sustain my energy levels thru my workout!
