I gain right before... things like hatha yoga and pilates help the bloating tho. And it feels great!

And there are a ton of differnet kinds! Maybe avoid Hot Yoga or any Power Yoga. I think Hatha is one you may want to consider. Or a Yin.

I get that once in awhile too. I find running, or even just walking helps a lot. I usually don't like eating first thing in the morning because I always feel heavy and waaaaay too full, but I find that if I east light, I still get that full feeling. So lots of fruits! Maybe some soygurt, but lots of fruit. It's also another way to start the day full of real energy and not off of coffee!
