Hmm, soup does sound like a good idea. Unfortunately I have no recipes to share (not a cook, myself). But one idea is if you just wanted to do something different maybe you could do a sandwich on whole wheat bread with some chopped up chicken and light mayonnaise mixed up? I don't know if that's an option but I like it now…

I had somebody pull a face years ago when I bought a box of donuts. But I've never gotten bad reactions from buying healthy stuff. In fact, I've had someone ask me about the almond milk because she wondered if it was really a good substitute. :)

That's a funny question. My first thought is 'same thing I do every other day. Why would it be different just because there were no consequences?' But I thought about it some more and I guess it would at least be TEMPTING to tell this one girl I'm into her. ^^;

What about Healthy Choice soup-in-a-cup? (If a microwave is available at work, that is.) Or even some of the frozen dinners out there by healthy brands can be not too bad. Having a good amount of protein in your diet does help. But let's be honest here, part of it is probably that everybody loves to have some 'yummy' food in their lives. I like just a 1/2 cup of normal Great Value brand frozen, sliced and sweetened strawberries. 150 calories, can last a while if you eat slowly. Add a couple tablespoons of light whipped topping for only another 20 or so calories! :)

So far mine have gone down about a cup size. I was sooo excited. I've been trying to figure out how to get rid of them for a long time now. LOL, obviously they're not gone or anything but any difference is a good difference as far as I'm concerned. >>
