what you eat affects how you feel. how much you eat (cal wise) affects how you weigh.

keeping the proper mindset: food is more about sustenance and opportunities to enjoy with loved ones.

it also differs person to person. i can eat 1800-1900/day and still have no weight gain. 5’4’’ 111lb 7%bf

if you overeat one day and wanted to offset then it could work. but dont let it become a bad habit

sometimes i experiment. i’m not needing to lose weight- 111lb at 7% 5’4’’ but ill do 3500cal one day and 500 cal next. clean eating tho. mainly healthy fats, good protein and no sugars or refined carbs. no change overall.

Bfst: same *kitten*, yogurt/grain free granola Lnch: Becks Prime bacon cheesebrgr+avocado+chili+mushroom (no egg option sadly) Dnnr: pb&j sandwich and rebel cherry chip (this, coco almond, triple choco are my favorites :smile: )

One way to look at it is food as activities for the day. what activities do you want to do for the day?

full fat yogurt with peanut butter and berries grilled sea bass, lemon salt pepper and ginger- sauteed zucchini, fermented korean cabbages rebel ice cream, peanut butter and low carb bread

for french fries its ketchup+mustard. theres of course tons of sauce variations, but sometimes i prefer the simple ketchup and mustard.

4% yogurt, grain free granola, berries filet mignon with roasted brussels sprouts/asparagus almond butter, apple slices, and gruyere cheese, ice cream

I am 5'4'', I weigh 112 and eat 1800 maintenance. Definitely eat more and hit weights.

full fat skyr yogurts are my go to. delicious.

I only eat Jeni’s or Graeters. Everything else tastes subpar in quality.

its not a majority, please do not generalize and start a false argument. there are numerous people (medical, logistics, and emergency take a large percentage) that work outside your typical “morning to evening” hours.

what’s nice about frozen veg is the variety is actually amazing. organic asparagus, sliced okra, veg blends, shitake mushroom, baby corn, water chestnuts, chopped kale, they’re all there.
