Man, talk about falling of the wagon! I haven't weighed in for a while.. Today was 148.6. I'm guessing it has a lot to do with the box of fried chicken I polished off over the weekend...:tongue: Hopefully I'll figure out some better ways to deal with this semester's stress than eating and feeling bad about myself!

For the most part I wear some type of flared jean; I think they look the best in the sneakers/flip-flops I'm usually wearing. I'm tired of cute. However, it's difficult to be sexy when you're working with kids almost every day of the year. :tongue: I've been told I have a "classic beauty" though, and that cute can be highly desirable, so that's ok, I guess? In the end I suppose I just want to leave as lasting an impression as I can!

In my baking adventures this past holiday season I discovered Ghirardelli 60% Cacao bittersweet chocolate chips. Man, those things are good. There's about 16 chips in a serving, eat 'em one or two at a time and let them melt in your mouth... I think I know what I'm having for breakfast...:tongue:

Starting: 150 lbs. 1/30: 147 lbs. I weighed myself earlier than usual today (before breakfast) so it's probably closer to 148 than the 147.0 it was just now. 5'3" (I round up from the 3/4, lol), my goal is 120 but I'm going to evaluate at 130. It would be nice to get into a bikini this summer but it's not necessary since one has to wear a "work appropriate" bathing suit at summer camp. :tongue:

There are SO many things that can make us ladies gain two pounds... For me it's usually hormones and what I eat. I gained two pounds from drinking a beer! For me it's going to be the 30 day shred. Simple plan to follow, quick (if intense!), and doesn't require anything I don't have! I'm excited to see what my upper arms and thighs can turn into!

Once or twice a day, every day. I do it just to make sure I'm heading in the right direction, and it's interesting to see how what I eat affects the scale. (Beer...:noway: ) If I see stable decreases I'll write it in on here, but I'm not nearly as obsessed with it as I thought I would be.

Sweats in the winter, running shorts when it's warmer out, sports bra if there's going to be any up and down motion going on, lol. I try to wear a t-shirt on the tighter side, so that it's not in my way when I'm moving.

I've done tai-chi on an irregular basis (mostly I do it for stress relief), and it's GREAT for that. It does burn some calories too, which is a plus. Be sure to listen to your knees and you should have a good time.
