Thank you SOO much everyone this was all 100% what I needed to hear. I did however clear my food diary. I logged everything, saw it and reflected on it and then cleared it for a fresh starts. dietary cholesterol effecting serum cholesterol has pretty much been disproven, I think the recommendation is not going over 7 a week so 1 a day is fine and perfect with more egg white added!

I do have a fitbit but do you feel the calorie adjustment is too much or just right to lose weight? It always extremely added calories to my daily needs!

Hi thanks for answering but to clear something up it wasn't a "scale". I mean it looked like a scale to me but it was very professional to determine fat percentage with electricity somehow… i don't know how it works but it was through research with our university...
