If you want a good deal you should check Ebay. I just got a Polar FT80 watch chest strap and a flowlink to upload all my information for just 30.00. I love mine. It helps me to stay where I need to be in regards to my heartrate.

My favorite part of it is being able to map my own workouts. I have a 5K coming up in a couple of weeks and with the weather haven't been able to get outside so I mapped the trail and it does all the inclines and declines so I can prepare for my run.

For the most part I log everyday but I do take a break every now and then. If I am having a cheat day I don't log because if I go over I know I will feel guilty! :-) I've lost 64 lbs in the last year and it seems to work for me!

Congrats! That is an awesome loss! I would get frustrated at the beginning but I kept telling myself in a year it will make a difference. I have lost 64 lbs in a year and still going and still telling myself to imagine where I will be in a year if I keep going.

I bought my treadmill in March and it came with IFIT. I love it! I love the different workout programs and levels. I get IFIT free for a year but I definitely plan on purchasing another year when it is up!

I just bought a weight set at Sears last month for 400.00. It is a Weider home gym. Easy to switch the weights. It was a pain to put together but it works good.

Wow! That gives me some hope! Last July I was a size 18 and my goal size was 10. Well, I just got in 10s last week and was so excited but have yet to reach my goal weight. I'm thinking how awesome would that be to be in a single digit size! I haven't been smaller than a 10 in over 20 years! Great work!

I think if I would get into an 8 I would cry! I haven't been that small in over 20 years! I'm only 5' 4 and tend to carry most of my weight in my hips, thighs, and butt. Apparently it runs in the family! :-)

Thanks! Keep it up! Just believe in yourself and keep your eye on the goal! If you get to a point where your work out seems easy then give it a little oomph! I believe if I don't feel like I'm working hard I'm not doing it right! You can get there!

This May will be my 20th anniversary. My husband and I were married at 17 and had our first child. There have been many times we almost didn't make it but now we are in "cruise control" mode. :-)

I might be wrong but if you was treated with radioactive iodine that will kill your thyroid. That was the option I went with when I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. And once the levels leveled off they started treating me for hypothyroidism. I would try to find another doctor until you get answers.
