hiya , im near the end of my target just 4lbs to go but im in it for the long run, i wouldnt have been able to stick to it without mfp, even on matience i will still be here, so please add me if u want :)

ive 4lbs to go till i get to my target weight and i wouldnt have acheived it without mfp and i will never be without this site, i will maintain and continue to log my food as i know i wont stick to it otherwise and old habits would creep in, i would never have lost 3st without mfp and i will stay continually faithful lol :)

i have one 500ml bottle of diet pepsi everyday, makes a nice change from the water and totally satisfies me, never need anymore that day :)

i save some snacks for the evening and eat them about 8pm wen i start to feel hungry again and i have lost nearly 2 1/2 st as long as its still in my cals allowance i dont worry about wat time i eat it :)

hiya, i started my journey last january and have lost just over 2st, i was 13st and now weigh 10st 11lb as i gained 3lb over christmas, so now i have just 11lb to lose to get to my traget weight of 10st, add me and i will share anyones journey with them :)

i use the word hubby on the internet but dont call him hubby anywhere else although i have always been to him little wifey, i dont find it condescending at all and to be honest hes been called much worse in our 25 years together lol :)

ive lost 22lbs so far and feel so more agile, wen i weighed 13st i felt all the weight i was carrying, i felt like a blob and didnt wanna move at all, now im 11st 6 i wanna move loads more and the heavy bulk feeling has gone, i feel great, so just think how great we gonna feel wen we reach our target, im aiming for 10st…

ive notice that some bigger woman tend to wear mens swimming shorts over there costumes, for more comfort :smile:

many different views and very interesting, i forgot to say water is my main drink, i treat myself to 500ml bottle of diet pepsi for a change of taste and maybe 1 or 2 cups of hot chocolate light if cals allow, i was just struggling to get the 8 glasses drunk and spending most of my time running to the loo lol

i rarely eat out so if im gonna go out and eat i dont worry about any cals, i eat wat i want like im gonna do on saturday as its my birthday. u have to live a little, u can make up for it and be good on the other days, its just one day :smile:

thankyou thankyou thankyou for this post, i know ive lost weight coz ive dropped a dress size but the scales go up and down like a flipping yoyo and can be a bit depressing but u have shown me not to take to much notice of the scales :smile:

thats great, i also had been 13st for years and last week i finally went under 12st, to now be 12st 11 and it feels great does'nt it :happy: :smile:

i dont have a cheat day as such, i stick to my mfp cals and save up my cheat day for if im goin out and i know im gonna be eating a meal out, which is once in a blue moon but i know i then dont have to worry and panick about where im gonna eat or where im gonna eat
