i have cornish or vanilla ice cream and warm golden syrup mixed with water and some sugar on mine, use to drizzle chocolate sauce ova but im gonna leave that out this year lol will have mine weighed and will still watch portion size tho lol

if u have a good man i think he deserves something, we dont have a lot of money but i have bought my hubby a heart shaped box full of mini packets of love heart sweets at 22 cals a pk he can have one occasionly and not ruin all his mfp hard work, there his favourite sweets :love: :heart: it doesnt have to be anything…

hiya i have ears done twice nose ring and lower lip did have eyebrow done but caught it on my jumper as i was taking it off and it got infected and i had to take it out hurts for a mere second then all done, as for my nipples or tongue, no never , no way lol

several years ago wen i was on a health kick i use to go out walking round where i live till some young upstart shouted out look at the state of that from his car, terribly hurt i stopped walking and put all the weight bk on. i now only exercise in comfort of my bedroom and have bought myself a cross trainer/exercise bike.…

hiya ive often fallen asleep on the settee and suddenly can hear wats goin on in the room, can hear the telly, my family talking but i cant open my eyes and i can feel myself fighting to get my eyes open but i cant, very scary and massive relief wen i eventually wake up

hiya i log every drink i have that isnt water in snacks and only click the glass wen its actually water im drinking, there's still cals in ur milk and it adds up thru the day :happy:
