that is great. To have your self esteem built up like that is a blessing. We are told they are just kids and just words but in reality things like that do hurt people's feelings and for you not to be bothered by it is wonderful.

Thank you everyone. This eating food that does not come from fast food or a box is way different then what I am used to. Yes I was one of those kids that grew up on hamburger helper. I will try all the ideas and see what works best for me. Again Thank you♥

how many should you eat a day. I will eat only 2 but I will eat all my calories. I tried the breakfast thing but I really don't like it. Lunch dinner and a snack is what I like. Is that okay? I don't eat much lese through out the day. Never have that is why I started this.

So I have noticed that I am slowly slipping back to old habits. I am a fast food junkie and I notice that I have been doing it again not as much and I stay in my cals but I need not to do it at all. Any suggestions on quick foods that are healthy. That is my other problem I am lazy and don't like to cook.

I was always told that a dress size is about 20# I am also down 14# and have not made it down a dress size either but I do notice that my clothes are fitting much looser. I go by what people say how I look and by the way I feel. Don't get discouraged just keeping losing and you will get there:flowerforyou:

If you don't exercise as you lose weight the flab will hang but if you exercise and tighten it up it will be tight skin but you have to exercise. I stress the exercise because I have seen what it does to people when they don't and they end up cutting it off.

I too had to learn how to eat slower, when you have kids you tend to at least I do try to get it all in before they need something. I take a drink after every bite. It may be in my head but liquid makes things expand so I tend to think that it is doing the same thing in my belly. I also talk after I have washed my food…
