I feel something similar whenever I go get fast food on my own for several people. Like they think I'm going to eat it all myself. I know they probably dont give me a second thought and could care less, but it's still there in my mind a little.

Once a week has always been good for me. That way I don't obsess over fluctuating. At the moment I have no scales so I'm not sure of my progress. Hopefully it will be a big surprise in the good direction when I finally do get a new scale.

The same with the greek yogurt, I use it in place or mayo or sour cream(most of the time). I recently started doing sliced cucumbers instead of chips. One I figure out how to make a cucumber taste exactly like a Nacho Cheese Dorito I'm gonna be set for life!

At 7a I have my Cranberry juice while driving to work, then around 8-8:30 a slice of toast with one hard boiled egg and two slices of turkey bacon. 165 for the toast, egg, and bacon(35 for Healthy Life Wheat bread, 60 for Turkey Bacon, 70 for the egg) 150 cal for the no sugar cranberry juice. I don't consider it obsessing. I do it too. I even created a chart that I tack onto my fridge to make sure I follow it, and have my phone remind me when it's time to eat just in case I miss the chart.
