I use to track first thing in the morning for the whole day as my day of foods was already planned. If there was a change or add-ons later then I would go and add them in the evening before hitting the "done for the day" button.

I have been maintaining for almost 2 years, but have gone up 6 lbs. lately, so could use the motivation from anyone who wants to friend me.

I would definitely speak to a dr. about that because 35 seems way to young to be menopausal and it could definitely affect bone loss, etc.

That's absolutely crazy. I don't burn 300 calories in 30 minutes because of the size I am. The smaller you get, the less calories you burn compared to a bigger person. All exercise counts.
