15lbs in 2 months is pretty good. You don't want to go too fast because then its harder to maintain. Keep doing what you're doing cause that's great!

Love it! Get used to it too cause you'll shrink out of all of them really quickly. It gets annoying, but in the best way!! I'm much happier having them fall off of me than have me squeeze into them. Enjoy it!

I've given blood twice since using this site and have never logged it. I don't think it really makes much of a difference in the day to day.

I've been doing her 30DS at Level 3 for the past few days, so I'm not too worried about the yoga. I have a yoga DVD that I've done for years too, but it's not very cardio. Interested in seeing Jillian's way of it.

I did and do follow what the site recommends, but don't get discouraged. Every body is different and while you might not see anything immediately, I am sure that if you stick with it your body will begin to change. Don't give up, it's worth it!

I think it's more beneficial to tough it out in one shot. I know the first couple of times I did it I was pausing the DVD like crazy, but the more you do it, the easier it'll get. Take your time to get it done, but you'll feel so great when you no longer need to pause it. I just finished L1 Day 10, so onto L2 next time!

I generally try not to eat anything past 2hrs before I go to bed.

Its natural sugar, so I wouldn't worry about it since they're digested more easily. If it were sugar from candy and such, then I would watch it. But it's fruit, yummy, nutritious and delicious so eat away!

I actually lose weight faster durning that week. I was stuck in a plateau last month and the only time the scale moved was when I had it.

I like them just like I did as a kid: good ole Shake N Bake. I have 1 once a week with a roasted sweet potato and broccoli.

I just started it for the first time 2 days ago. Today would have been day 3, but I took the day off for my legs to stop feeling like Jello. Gonna get back into it tomorrow, but it would be great to know someone going through it at the same time too!

I have her "Back in Action" and "Full Frontal" from a few years ago. Going to watch them tonight and possibly attempt one tomorrow morning. I like her on the BL DVDs, but her solo stuff is scary.....but effective. I'll have to see how this goes.

Can try cooking it in low-sodium chicken stock instead of water, that might help.
