  • So last night I decided to try the 2 new ones I got, Yoga Inferno and Beginner Shred. I started with Inferno...After 3-5 WTFs I switched to Shred. I need to watch Inferno before I attempt it. It's so different than her regular stuff that I had trouble following it. But Shred was good. Almost too easy since I've been doing…
  • That's awesome! Variety is key too, so you don't get bored and your body doesn't get used to it.
  • I have that one too! I like her newer stuff better though, with the mix of sculpting and cardio, plus much shorter workout time too. :)
  • I love Body Rev! You'll love it too. I started with 30DS way back when and it was great. I really love her format, so much so it's hard for me to like workouts by anyone else.
  • Oh, I have a motivational dress. Not a dressy person, but I wore one to my cousins wedding in 2013 before I got pregnant and it was the most amazing I have felt in years! I dug the file out the other day and put it on my phone to look at.
  • So glad to find others! I am starting Shred on the 21st!
  • I've lost around 90 the good ole fashioned way. It may seem daunting, but it is doable.
  • I just started my round 2 this past Saturday. I had finished in August, took 6 weeks off and am now starting again along with my hubby who is doing it for the first time. Really glad to be back in the swing of things, and it is still kicking my butt!
  • If I am thinking of what you're talking about, I believe she does that move more for your tricepts than your abs, which could be why you're not feeling it as much.
  • Everyone looks great, great work!!!!
  • Take it 1 day at at time with how much you want to lose. If you keep thinking "80" and it isnt going as fast as you like, you might get discouraged. But I will say that this program will kick your butt, so stick with it and you'll be happy with what you start to see.
  • I like cardio 2 alot as well. The intervals aren't too long like in cardio 1, and they aren't too short and crazy like in cardio 3. I have a hard time sticking with constant cardio, because I hate it, so cardio 2 was a good mix for me. Glad you're liking the program too!
  • How do you like it so far?
  • Awesome! Congrats and good luck with Insanity!
  • Finally came up with my post-BR plan for when I finish in 3 weeks (starting 11&12 on Monday the 16th). I think I'll take the first week off and just relax, go for nightly walks with my hubby. Then after that I'll start a 5-6 week rotation of 6week 6pack, killer buns & thighs, and kickbox fast fix (which I haven't tried…
  • Amazing job!! Congrats!
  • I think thats the one I was thinking of, thanks!!
  • Thanks everybody! It does feel pretty great, but I'm not done yet!
  • Just stick with it, never give up!
  • The half moons are a little scary, and they'll be something I practice to get it down. I also found that in 10, once you get through the first 2 circuits, the next 2 aren't too bad, especially circuit 4. Cardio 3 was killer this morning though. She forgets alot of stuff in the 2nd pass of it, so that was nice. I had to…
  • So just did 9 and I liked it, but Jillian almost killed me a few times. The plank/weight things in circuit 1 made me almost dislocate my left shoulder, so staying on my knees for those for a little while. And the rockand roll squats that are the cardio in circuit 4 are just not gonna happen. I have semi-fragile knees as it…
  • Starting my last 3 days in Phase 2 today. Kinda sad, and scared, but more sad. I've really liked phase 2. Taking progress pics this weekend too, so that's exciting!
  • I'm an Anita fan, and Natalie too since I did 30DS as my go-to for a long time, and they're in her Killer Buns and Thighs. Was very excited to see them in this; its like working out with old friends. I like pretty much everyone, but that Sari girl and Lana.
  • YES!!!! Except, I'm scared to even preview phase 3. I'm sure I'll be looking at alot of it like this: :noway: And in WO7 I am realizing how much I HATE W presses. I don't mind the leg extensions that go with them but those presses KILL my arms to the point where I feel it in my bones. Owie.
  • I haven't seen cardio 3 yet, but I'd be greatful for that little breather.
  • Not huge losses so far weight or inches, but I am seeing a big difference in muscle tone, especially in my arms.
  • Just did 7 for the 2nd time last night. Pushed harder than I did on Monday. Planks were a little easier, but Boat and Jackknives were killer. And I actually was doing the 1-legged pushups! I had to cross one leg onto the other, but I was doing them!!!
  • You could try trying to keep your back flatter, instead of bent. I have to do that a little bit when I do them.
  • I wasn't sore after my first WO7, but tonight is attempt #2 so we'll see. Circuit 1 is the first time in this whole thing that I have wanted to smack her in the face, but once it's over I'm so glad the rest isn't too bad.
  • I like phase 2 so much better than 1 so far, but it is a bit tougher, especially 7&8, but still doable! I actually started doing Cardio 2 while in P1 still because I liked it so much better. Beware, suicides come back in 8.
