  • I'd probably go with the fresh catch first and then the smoked pork chop. The rosemary chicken doesn't "sound" bad but it may be basted in a lot of butters or oils. Definitely stay away from the ribs (*sob*). Get fresh veggies to go with it. Have FUN!!!! :o)
  • Thank you. I actually started going to the farmers market a couple months ago and LOVE it. I do get all of our veggies there and some fruit. I don't have the foggiest notion where to start with finding grass fed meats....for a reasonable price. Hubs has got to learn to like some beans, lol.

  • What is the banana shape? I've never heard of that. It's amazing though how different shapes everyone is. For my stats, 5'5 and 140 pounds, there are some on there who wear a size 6 and some wear a size 10. That's a big difference.

Both seem to be aimed at weight loss rather than muscle building and both involve more cardio than p90x classic. Wondering what the difference is?

He's very healthy and lightweight, athletic, etc. So it's not a weight issue, just an "eat healthy" thing and I truly enjoy cooking but I like cooking things that people like, lol. :)

  • Ooh, I LOVE asparagus. Actually have some in the fridge for tonight. He hates it. :( He'll eat it, but he gripes while he eats it. I wish I could find something he actually likes though. I broil my asparagus in olive oil and salt. They get crispy and you can eat them like fries. :)
  • GREAT point. There are many nights that my husband asks if I want ice cream while we are watching a game or a movie. I usually tell HIM to put it in a bowl. He usually puts in 2 average scoops, while I fill the bowl with 3 giant scoops, lol. I guess there's a reason he's trying to GAIN weight while I'm trying to LOSE it.
