Great job!!! Do you use the Freeletics Coaching option or the free workouts?
-
You results are incredible!! Can you give more information on which All pro program you followed? There seem to be a million options out there. I've done NROLFW and Live Fit and would love to find another lifting program. You are so inspirational!

Thanks for the tip! I tried it this morning and no symptoms. I felt like I had to pee the whole time I ran, lol, but at least I was fine after!
-
Huh. No, I never have. Good question though.

I make my veggie smoothies with the see and dump method. I open my veggie drawer and dump things in. I have a Vitamix, so it can churn it all up. My usual default is kale, cucumber, green beans, snow peas, a kiwi or half a pear, celery, and anything else green in my veggie drawer. My husband loves them too.

Thank you!!!! :)

Amazing!! Great job! How does blogilates work? Do you have to pay for a subscription? Is it a video workout or printed?
-
You all are hilarious!! I typically will sit on a bike and ride slowly to catch my breath or stretch too. Sometimes though, I feel guilty wasting precious time!! Who am I kidding, most times, when I'm done early, I go home early...

Amazing! I love your waist line. :)

Wow. Just WOW. You are amazing. Truly. What a blessing you are to your son!

Never tried this before....let's see how it goes!! This is about 18 months difference. Before = 144 pounds, After/During = 132 pounds. Went from a size 8/10 to a 6, sometimes 4. I'm about 5'5". Hope to get down to about 125.

Thank you! and great job again!
-
Great job!!! Can I ask where you got your dress? I LOVE it!!

Oops, yes! Typo. :blushing:

I have a Polar HRM also. I am 5'5, 133 lbs female. On high intensity workouts, such as HIIT, I average 10 calorie burn per minute....so, roughly 600 calories in 60 minutes. Considering you are taller and weigh more, I would assume those are correct calorie burns.

I love the variety everyone does here. I guess I kind of am doing an average amount of time. But also makes me feel better if I need to skip a cardio session one week!
-
Thank you!!! Yes, my cardio is all different. I do one day of HIIT, one day of hill work, one day of spin and one day of steady state, and then sometimes some climging/stepping, so I do a different form of it each day. I hope that is what I should be doing! HIIT and hills are my favorite though. :)

I was thinking the same thing...when I typed it up, it seems like I'm doing so much more cardio than lifting and I don't necessarily want that. Hmmm...
-
You are exactly where I want to be!! Started at 144 about a year ago, am now at 134, size 6/8 and want to get to an almost loose 4. Want to fit comfortably in 4's.
-
That is very interesting to me. However, it says nothing about diet changes/rules/etc. Maybe the people weight training got hungrier and ate more than the cardio people. I guess they would've had to set some type of standard for intake rather than just expended energy....?

This is the absolute best MFP thread ever.
