I love you all of you!! You make me laugh and feel so much better, or at least, halfway normal!! Brilliant idea about grabbing some and sticking it in the freezer too. That helps with the thought of "oh, it's free, I gotta!" and then save it for a later time to see if I really want it. What really bums me out is I had…

Thanks everyone!! I am going to do some food diary cleaning. hehe! :)

These are great!

Thank you, this is a precise answer. :)

Great info, thanks!!!

To me, it's more of a game. I guess what I think the number will be and 9/10 times I'm within 0.2 pounds which is pretty cool. I think it's kind of fun.

So far everyone has just talked about the advantage of counting steps. Is it really just like a fancy pedometer then? Sorry, just trying to figure out the advantages of getting one. I'm really interested but don't want to pay the money if it isn't *amazing* :) (I have a cheapo pedometer I could use if that's what it really…

Thanks for all the replies so far! I was just reading about the fitbit calculating workout calories - does it do that as well? Like going for a hard run, is it accurate in that, or would I need to double up and still wear my HRM?

The success stories. I get motivated by other people and seeing their changes really helps me.

Try oat flour!! I love oat flour.

This is a very broad open ended request. I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses. I would start with focusing on things that are in their original state. Shop the perimeter of the store, avoid the boxed food aisles. Do you have specific questions?

Great job!!!!

My absolute favorite is 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 very large handful of baby spinach, and 1 scoop of chocolate protein. Blend with 2 handfuls of ice. Tastes much like a chocolate shake! :) I try to avoid putting fruit in my smoothies/shakes because I like to actually eat fruit so no sense in doubling up. :)

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I will look for the body glide and the other sports stuff too!

Hmmm. Good point on the size. I hadn't thought of that. I'm only about 10 pounds under where I was before, but that is enough to make a size difference. Thank you!

Does that only come from specialty running stores? Or I guess, Amazon?

Wow, really? That's scary. I think I'd crumble over in hunger. :( Makes me rethink my desire to lose some of this fat. I have a hard enough time keeping it down to 1400. I thought it was dangerous to go under my BMR of 1393? Especially if I'm exercising 6 days a week. You see why this has me so very confused in the first…

No, I admit, i'm lazy on tracking the water, but I drink about 68-76 oz plain water daily. Definitely more on my longer running days. I probably need to be drinking more on average though. I DO drink it, just don't track it. :\

Thank you everyone for all of the suggestions. I am 33 years old, female. Forgot to mention those 2 things. :) I do eat clean - no white flours, potatoes, rice, no added sugars, etc. All those things in my diary are homemade, and input into my recipes section (minus the chicken fingers at a pool party on Sunday - those…

bump? I know we have a ton of TDEE experts out there! :)

I like that option. Thanks! :)

I thought about the sushi - but I've only had it twice. Which ones would you suggest? I'm not too big on raw....lol....but if it his highly recommend it, I'll try it.

It depends on what your standards are by clean. In my opinion, the ketchup, worcestershire, mustard (depending on what kind) and brown sugar are not clean. Make sure the whole wheat bread is not enriched and made from whole grains. Or use oats instead. Use tomato sauce with spices in place of the ketchup, molasses in place…

Bump!

Nope, I don't consider that accurate. People show pictures of one day after giving birth compared to 1 year later and I don't think that's accurate. I'd rather see a before picture as of before pregnancy a couple months after giving birth.

I have done that myself! I love it and it keeps me focused on something the entire time I run.

Bump! Awesome!

Thanks everyone. I am measuring about 2 inches above my belly button where the smallest part is. No, I've never had a small/defined waist but I've always had a pesky 10-15 pounds on me so I kind of wondered if that would help. We'll see. I'll keep going and see what happens!

Amazing. I love working out around all of the skinny fit women in my gym. I love watching what they do to find out some new moves as well as just using them as motivation to get moving. If everyone in the gym looked like me or was overweight, then I'd "fit in" and wouldn't be as motivated to change. I love all the skinny…

I just went off of mine 9 days ago. So far, no change in weight, but we'll see what happens in a month or so.
