How much do plates on Cybex cable lat pulldown weigh?
Does anyone know how much the plates weigh on the Cybex Cable Lat Pulldown machine? They are just labled 1-20. I just wrote out my schedule and I do 3 heavy lifting sessions per week for 45 minutes each and then 4-5 cardio sessions per week, 30-60 minutes each. How do I know how much fiber I should be getting? I have an idea of protein, fat, carbs, which I'm currently trying to get the best ratio, but how do I know about fiber? Any rules of thumb?

Cool down after HIIT?
I know this sounds like a crazy dumb question, but I get confused. The benefit of HIIT is to keep burning more calories for a longer time after workout, so if I do HIIT on the treadmill and that's my last workout should I cool down before I get off? Dairy? What's your 'opinion'?
Everyone has a different opinion. What's your opinion or experience with dairy and weight loss? I LOVE dairy and I feel like it keeps me full, but I swear, on the days that I drink even 8 oz of skim milk, my weight is up the next day. Just curious if eating dairy or cutting dairy has helped you lose weight. Thanks.

Hungrier after cardio or strength training?
I have noticed that my days of heavy lifting cause me to be absolutely starving all day (I work out at 5am). But my days of cardio I am just normal. That *seems* opposite to me....I burn more calories doing my cardio, but the strength training leaves me unsatisfied all day. What about you? What do you think?
