I'm 5'4" but have a very muscular build naturally, so 120 lbs makes me look like skeletor. My goal is 150, but I know anything less than that and i would be losing a significant amount of muscle tone.

I lost 30 pounds post pregnancy and went from 150 lb to 120-118 lb. I maintained that for about 10 years then I injured my hip and a lot of things changed for me from the way I trained to the way I eat so now I weigh about 110-111 lb. and I feel more comfortable at this weight.

I'm a natural ectomorph and this feels more natural to me. Pics of all that including what 120 lb at higher bodyfat looks like are here. http://www.bestfemalefigure.com/monicaneave.html

The thing about weight and bodyfat and measurements is that it's all relative to your genetic body type and level of muscularity so try not to get too caught up with numbers. What matters is that you're healthy and happy with how you look. Measurements are just guidelines.

You can select height, body type, weight, etc and it'll pull up a variety of different women. I kind of go there and look at the pictures to remind myself that a woman weighing 120 pounds at 5'8" is waaaay different from a woman weighing 120 pounds at 5'2".

I am 5'5" usually am in the 120 range. Looking to focus less on number on scale and more on body fat % though. I think I am at 23% and my goal is 20%.
