NROLFW or Live Fit Trainer?

I did the NROLFW last year and enjoyed it. Then I kind of got off the heavy lifting train and I'm now debating doing that again or trying Live Fit. I'm pretty happy with where I am now but want to just get thinner. Lose about 10 pounds of body fat.
Which plan would you suggest and why? (My avi is me before and after NROLFW so I know the plan works, just wondering if I should repeat it or try the Trainer)

I think that you might get more responses by posting this question to the fitness forum.
I have not tried either program and do not lift, but my vote would be that if NROLFW has worked for you in the past, then utilize it again. In other words, don't fix what isn't broken.
