Do 15 minutes of cardio/HIIT OR do you do 15 minutes of abs and stretching? Ready??? GO!

    Jump on a bike and watch the end of Sportscenter.

    My "abs" were worked while I was lifting anyway.

    I walk at a snail's pace on the treadmill for 10 minutes, then stretch for 5, then hit the sauna for 10 minutes. I do compound lifts when lifting, so my abs were engaged :)

    depends on what your plans are after...
    stretching/cooldown, if you want to look halfway presentable after your shower (ie going back to work), cardio if you're just going to go home, and don't care if you have a red blotchy exhausted face :tongue:

    10 minutes of cardio then 5 minutes stretching, as the others have said, I got my ab work with my compound lifts!

    Neither. I consider myself lucky that I finished early and now have time to stop by Dunkin Donuts before work. I hate cardio.

  • I do the exceptionally effective Starfish Stretch. This is how you do it:

    1. Lie on back.
    2. Stretch out arms and legs.
    3. Close your eyes and let how sexy you're going to look overcome the muscle achiness.
    4. Repeat:)
